November 2006 through January 2009/St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands
As an Intern Architect, completed SD, DD, CD and permitting phases of the new Stanford Office & Aviation Facility, Frederiksted, St. Croix. This project consisted of a 90,000 square-foot office building, a 100,000 square-foot hangar and office pod with support buildings. Some duties also included for this project were client management, consultant coordination, scheduling and specifications. spacer WILLIAM M. KARR & ASSOCIATES

Another major project of interest included the layout of the Le Paradis — a luxury real estate property, geared towards a Golf & Marina Resort in St. Lucia, West Indies. For this project, was responsible for laying out buildings, developing access roads to the property; completing SD for villas, condos and timeshare units.

St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands
Intern Architect for a leading architectural firm in the Virgin Islands. Primary focus was in design development on the various phases of the expanded four-star, four-diamond Ritz Carlton Club at Cabrita Point, St. Thomas. Also, to include, the re-design of building elevations to meet the Club’s standards and marketing requirements; providing 3-D Sketch-Up Models of the entire site, as part of elevation, massing and impact studies. Office of Highway Engineering/Department of Public Works, St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands—Project coordination, urban and architectural design for this phase of the Waterfront Project.
