T he Jaredian Design Group has designed a state-of-the-art fire station and administrative offices for the Virgin Islands Fire Services in St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands. This facility will be on two levels at approximately 18,000 square feet. The first level shall accommodate administrative offices for the V. I. Fire Services, and the second floor will house the “Hotel Company” Fire Station that will include garage, cafeteria, offices and dormitories. The design is complete, and construction is expected to start in Summer 2013, at an estimated cost of $7.3 million dollars.
