GERS Executive Office, St. Croix
The Jaredian Design Group has been the primary architectural/engineering consultant to the Government Employees’ Retirement Systems (GERS) since 1993. We have assisted them in all of their renovation and capital improvement projects. Of note is their St. Croix Headquarters building, which construction was completed in September 2010. It is approximately 20,000 sq. ft. in size and has an estimated cost of $8 million dollars. Services provided by us have included the space-planning program, preliminary and final design, and construction administration. The completed project has been featured in “Construction Today, September 2010,” a nationally recognized publication.
