VI Economic Development Authority’s Headquarters, St. Thomas
The Jaredian Design Group was the lead consultant for the re-design of the sidewalks and vehicular pavements on Main Street Downtown, Charlotte Amalie. This project included new pedestrian and vehicular pavements, lighting and landscaping. Logistics and phasing were a critical part of this project, as it was constructed in the heart of the business district. Preliminary Design was completed; Historical Preservation Permits were received, which culminated in the extensive Public Involvement Program that included a design “charrette” and presentations to related stakeholders. The project was completed and dedicated by the Government of the Virgin Islands in May 2021.
