T he Jaredian Design Group has provided management and design services in connection with the rehabilitation and enhancement of the Emancipation Garden Park. The firm’s services were donated and the restoration effort involved many different groups, including the St. Thomas/St. John Historic Preservation Commission, Anti-Litter and Beautification Commission and the St. Thomas/St. John Chamber of Commerce. This project was completed in December 1997.
